This is one of Zurich's finest Grand hotels. RY0310.
lobby
The lobby is medium-sized and manages to be cosy,welcoming and elegant at the same time.
exterior
This is a lovely traditional Grand Hotel with an imposing facade.
restaurant
The restaurant is on the ground floor off the lobby. It is a grand high-ceilinged room with enormous windows overlooking the lake.
rooms
The rooms are all large and in grand style with elegant, traditional furniture and decor. Most have huge windows commanding lovely views over the lake, though some look across the rooftops and up to the hills behind the city. Although it's some time since the last renovation both the rooms and the grand bathrooms are in good condition.
location
The hotel enjoys a delightful location on the edge of Late Zurich close to Bellevue and the opera. The old town and the financial districts are both within 10-15mins walk.
