The artist, Tatjana Tiziana, has transformed the Restaurant Opera into a surrealistic, baroque work of art, with motifs depicting various opera scenes ? creating a truly spectacular setting. However, our culinary repertoire also features a wealth of treats for meat lovers and vegetarians ? our chef de cuisine surprises over and over again with his new compositions. Gourmets are in for a treat with our chef Pierre Meyer. As chef at the -?Excelsior Hotel Ernst Koln?-, he was awarded 15 Gault Millau points. In Switzerland, he was responsible for the cuisine at the -?Golfhotel Saanenmoser?-. Since Autumn, Pierre Meyer is chef at the Restaurant Opera.
