This hotel is located within 10 minutes walk of the centre of Queenstown and a few minutes stroll from Lake Wakatipu.

The rooms are in good condition and of a medium size. The bedding configuration is either 2 double beds or one King size bed. Bathrooms have a shower over bathtub and have been modernised in the past few years. Standard rooms include amenities such as TV with cable channels, mini-bar and fridge, and tea/coffee making facilities.
restaurant
The restaurant is called Impressions, and serves a standard, modern hotel menu. There is an adjacent bar and the outdoor seating area has spectacular views over the lake and mountains.
exterior
The hotel is a modern five-storey building, though its height is masked by the fact it is built into a hill. There is a large and light lobby area.
lobby
The lobby is medium in size and bright due to the extensive use of glass in the entrance way. The reception area is to the left with comfortable seating on the right hand side.
general
A very busy hotel, popular both in summer and winter, and increasingly the autumn period April-June is the best time to grab a bargain and enjoy the change of colours in the area. The whole hotel is now non smoking. SE0411
