The medium sized rooms are all tastefully decorated using wooden beams and furnishings which create a warm and intimate ambience. The rooms are in very good condition as are the bathrooms.
restaurant
There is a choice of two Swiss restaurants and another specialising in Italian cuisine. The restaurants are all well furnished and are in keeping with the style of the rest of the hotel.
exterior
The timber facade with balconies gives hotel a traditional alpine appearance.
lobby
The very large lobby/ lounge has been extensively furnished with wood which gives it a very comfortable feel. There is plenty of seating in the lounge area which is centered by a magnificent open fireplace.
general
This is an excellent standard of hotel which offers a range of recreational facilities together with extremely high levels of service.
location
This hotel is very well situated in the centre of Zermatt. The building is on the pedestrian street and actually makes up part of the main street with the shops on street level.
