This iconic hotel forms the nucleus of the Yas Island resort and situated aorund the hotel will be an 18 hole championship golf course, Ferrari Theme Park, Warner Bros. Theme Park and Water Park (all due to open in 2011/12). The hotel also has a state of the art gym, a luxury spa with 10 treatments rooms, hairdresser, barber shop, business lounge and wifi around the hotel.
