The resort is situated in the Upper Village adjacent to ski lifts for Blackcomb mountain and a 5 minute walk to the village center.

The Fairmont Gold rooms are residential in style and comfort. The luxurious Fairmont Gold rooms are all non-smoking and feature a double-sink vanity, one-person jetted tub, twice daily housekeeping services and an attractive gas fireplace for a true mountain resort ambiance. The rooms have either a King or two Queen beds and are approximately 365 square feet with views of the Woodland or Rainbow Mountain(no slope side view).
restaurant
The hotel lounge provides an old world feel with an abundance of comfortable seating to relax in. The patio is opened during summer months for al fresco dining. There is also a fine dining restaurant offering exquisite west coast dishes and a more casual restuarant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
