The resort is situated in the Upper Village adjacent to ski lifts for Blackcomb mountain and a 5 minute walk to the village center.

The Fairmont rooms have either one king or two Queen beds and are approximately 400 square feet with a view of the Upper Village or Woodland. Located on lower floors, a Fairmont room features a tub with shower, as well as the standard Fairmont business services, high speed internet access and amenities.

The hotel lounge provides an old world feel with an abundance of comfortable seating to relax in. The patio is opened during summer months for al fresco dining.
