locationHotel is located in the heart of the Historical centre, just a short walk from the Arena. The hotel is located just at the beginning of the pedestrian area therefore you can still reach it by car. The area offers a variety of bars and restaurants. Via Mazzini, with all its many shops and brand names is ideal for shopping lovers. The street terminates in Piazza delle Erbe, on the left, one the most charming site of the city, and on the right, there is the famous balcony of Giulietta. The historical centre of Verona is full of historical sites that can be explored just on foot: teatro Romano, Santa Anastasia Church, Piazza Erbe, centre of city life during Roman times, etc.
roomsThe rooms are all different in size, since the hotel is an historical building. The style of the rooms varies, since it has been recently renovated to please different tastes and needs. The rooms are comfortable and very pleasant. The bathrooms have been also renovated to a high standard, proposing either shower or jacuzzi bathtub. The complimentary courtesy line is made of organic, hypo-allergenic products enriched with essential oils. The towels are also made of hypo-allergenic fabric. The room is equipped with all the modern comforts and facilities.
restaurantThere is a pretty breakfast room where a very rich cold buffet is served.
exteriorThis is an historical building painted white with green shutters.
lobbyThe lobby is medium to small in size with a unique blend of modern and ethnic pieces. There are a couple of sofas surrounding a coffee table made of a piece of sunburned mangrove with on top a curved shaped glass. There are also peaces of Asian origins.
generalExcellent quality hotel in an ideal location. It offers nothing less than good hotels of higher category. Highly recommended. (CQ 08/09)
