Completely renovated in 2009 this building was converted in 1968 from a medical residence to a hotel.

The restaurant is only a la carte. Mediterranean cuisine.

105 exterior and recently renovated rooms with a fashionable and modern touch. All equipped with air conditioning, Tv plasma screen, WIFI, safe, minibar and a complete ensuite bathroom. Most of the rooms with balcony.
location
This design hotel has an excellent location for those visiting the "Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias " or City of Arts and Sciences. All of them within walking distance. Good access to the old town.
