pleasenote***Mandatory domestic flight transfer from Male Int'l Airport to Gan Int'l Airport (including Speedboat Transfer to the resort) is provided by the hotel with charges. Please advise flight details in advance. The Shangri-La hospitality envelops guests as they disembark from international flight at Male airport. Guests are then escorted by the Shangri-La host into the relaxing domestic airport lounge before taking the connecting flight to Addu Atoll. As air-conditioned domestic flights from Male to Gan Airport operate round the clock, guests no longer need to waste their vacation time due to the limited operation of seaplanes, which are required to access other resorts. The resort is just an eight-minute boat ride away from Gan, and is also accessible by private jet which can land at the newest Gan International Airport.

restaurantShangri-La's Villingili Resort and Spa, Maldives will provide a selection of bars and restaurants. The Khazaanaage Restaurant, meaning House of Treasure in Dhivehi, is inspired by Ibn Battuda, will serve cuisine from the regions he travelled to, including the Arabian Gulf, Indian Ocean and South China Sea. Dishes with enchanting flavours will be created using spices and herbs from the chef's organic garden. International culinary experiences at the Javvu Restaurant will provide guests with further variety. Dress code in "Smart Casual" for all restaurant. For gentlemen, trousers & chinos, long or short sleeve shirt with collar, polo shirt, closed footwear. For ladies, slacks or skirt (either long or short), blouse or turtleneck, one-piece dress, closed footwear, sandals or mid-heel shoes.
roomsPool Villas are surrounded by a lush forest and offer an intimate coral beach front with views of the gentle rolling ocean. The luxury resort's Pool Villas feature their own private pool, terrace and open-air shower. Room size is 133sqm. Water Villas are built on stilts in the resort's lagoon. Connected to the island by a timber walkway, each Water Villa has an open and airy atmosphere. Access to this private haven is via a walkway over turquoise water that teems with marine life. Room size is 166sqm.
locationThe resort is a 70-minute flight from Male, which has around-the-clock flights from the domestic airport, and an eight-minute boat ride from Gan International Airport on Addu Atoll.
