Located in the quiet and upmarket residential area of the 16th district of Vienna. The hotel is located in a small wooded area and offers lovely views over Vienna and St Stephens Cathedral. A bus runs to the centre of Vienna in 20 minutes.

Rooms on the ground floor are mezzanine style with a set of stairs leading to the bedroom. These ground floor rooms have large windows overlooking the park.
restaurant
The restaurant is a large and attractive room with high ceilings on the ground floor, next to the reception. In summer, the restaurant opens on a terrace, where clients can take their meals and enjoy beautiful views over the park and Vienna.

This is a beautiful period building dating from the 18th century. It has recently been refurbished to its past glory.
