100 metres away there is the hotel Annex, Residence Parisi, which is a first category property, modern in style, with large and spacious rooms and bathrooms equipped for disabled. Check-in/out and breakfast is served at the main building where a porter is always available to escort guests to the Annex. (CQ 08/08)

Lobby is medium in size with a comfortable seating area. There are rugs on the marble floor and decoration on the walls, the ceiling shows the wooden beams and the whole area, in which the colour blue prevails, and looks quite elegant.

3-storey, typical Venetian palace in keeping with the surroundings.
restaurant
No restaurant. The breakfast room is located on the ground floor and presents the same style as the lobby and reception area.
rooms
Rooms vary in size and are tastefully decorated in Venetian style. Both rooms and bathrooms are in good condition and they offer all the modern comforts including soundproofed windows. Some rooms enjoy a romantic view of the Grand Canal and can be reserved, depending on availability, at an extra supplement.
location
Located in Piazzale Roma, it is the only hotel in Venice which can be reached by car. It overlooks the Grand Canal and it is easily reachable from the station (1 stop by boat) and from the airport (15 minutes by bus).
