locationThe hotel is located in the Piazzale Roma area, close to all the car parks and bus terminals which are only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. At approximately the same distance there is the railway station. The hotel is close to all the amenities and to various sites of historical interest. It is only 10 minutes, by boat line 82, far from Rialto Bridge.
roomsRooms vary in size from medium to large and are furnished in traditional style. They are in very good condition along with the bathrooms.
restaurantThere is a charming restaurant with original woodden beams and coloumns from the XIV century, overlooking a beautiful garden, where in the fine season, breakfast is served.
exteriorThe marvellous palace from the XIV century, painted orange, reproduces the typical venetian architecture of the period with pointed, arched, white windows. It faces the Tolentini's canal and the priviledged position allow the main facade to be kissed by the sun for most of the day.
lobbyThe hotel's lobby and reception area are very traditionally furbished with dark heavy wood beams on the ceiling, a marble tiled floor and mustard coloured walls. The furniture is traditional, comprising of heavy armchairs, upholstered in Floral fabrics.
generalThe hotel is interesting in terms of its history, and has some extra charm being owned by one of the last aristocrats of Venice. It has also been recently renovated therefore it will show to be an excellent chioce.CQ 03/09
