This small and pretty hotel is located about 300 metres from Mestre train station, on the Marghera side, in a quiet residential area with tall trees running along the street. Marco Polo Airport is 18 km away and Venice Island is a journey of less then 10 minutes, by train.

The newly refurbished rooms are tastefully decorated in a simple traditional style, they are in excellent condition as is the bathrooms, and are equipped with all the modern facilities such as satellite TV, mini-bar, air-conditioning.

There is a small breakfast room, on the ground floor, full of light and simply furnished.

This is an old recently restored villa.
lobby
There is no lobby but only a small reception area with a red carpet that leads up the stairs to the other floors.
