The hotel is strategically located 900 metres from Venice airport, 30 kilometres from Treviso airport and 3 kilometres from a branch of the charming Casino of Venice. The bus number 5 is only 100 metres away from the hotel and it takes approximately 20 minutes to reach Venice Island.

Rooms are large and spacious, soundproofed, modern in style and well equipped with direct dial telephones, safe, hair dryer, satellite TV, air conditioning and mini-bar. Triple and quadruple rooms are located in the hotel residence, which is in a separate building just 10 metres opposite the hotel. They are very large and luminous and are made of a living room with 1 or 2 double sofa beds, a separate double bedroom and a bathroom.
