Located in a residential area, 150 metres from Mestre train station, in a quiet and easy to reach position. The heart of Mestre, where most of the shopping facilities are located, is only a short walk away. Bars and restaurants are all around and Venice is only 15 minutes away by bus or 5 minutes by train.

Rooms vary in size and feature simple but pleasant furnishings. They are in good condition and are equipped with all the modern comforts. The bathrooms are also in good condition.

No restaurant. There is a pretty, well appointed breakfast room distributed around a large and luminous area with windows all around. Plants and flowers are used to contribute to the nice decor.

This is a 4-storey building in keeping with the surroundings.

30 metres away there is the hotel annex where there are only superior rooms. Check-in/out and breakfast is taken at the main building and a porter is always available to escort guests to the annex. CQ 05/07

Lobby is medium in size and presents rugs on the tiled floors, wooden panels on the reception desk, and a comfortable seating area. The whole lobby area is adorned with plants and flowers.
