Medium in size with blue decoration and carpeted floor. There are a few seating areas with comfortable and elegant white leather sofas, an internet point and an air conditioned TV room.

The exterior of the hotel is modern and presents a dark red facade with steel framed windows.
restaurant
There are 2 restaurants, open for lunch and dinner, where local dishes can be chosen from a rich a la carte menu. A wide selection of local wines is also available. The Restaurants cater for special dietary requirements upon a previous request.
rooms
All the rooms have all modern comforts such as hair-dryer, telephone, air-conditioning and satellite TV, they are furnished in a simple modern style and are in good condition.
location
The Hotel is located in Venice Marghera, right in the hinterland of Venice. The historical centre of Venice can either be reached by bus (the bus stop is in front of the hotel, bus n. 6 or 6/ in the daytime, N2 during the night) or by train, (10 minute journey to the railway station, 100m distance.) Mestre shopping area, with all its amenities, is also only a few minutes away by bus. Venice airport is 10 km away, about 15 minutes travelling time by car.
