This is a very big unique hotel, of a very good quality and excellent technology decorated in the most modern style, a masterpiece of architecture. 03/06 A.DP.
lobby
Wide and elegant, tastefully designed, overlooking the water promenades and a public square adorned by a suggestive fountain. The dark reception desk is at the right side of the entrance. In front of the desk there are two large circle and red columns and a modern starway. The sitting area is very modern and wide, partly composed by 'pouf' style sofas dark coloured. There are also other modern sitting areas composed by red anatomical easy-chairs or dark sofas with modern coffee tables. The bar is extremely large with parquet floor and glassed ceiling.
exterior
A modern and fascinating complex made of three main buildings (Hotel, Suites, Conference Center) made of bricks, steel and glass. Hotel and Suites buildings are separated from each other by a marina which can dock over 400 boats and the whole structure is covered by the largest suspended and transparent roofs existing in the world. A jogging track runs around those roofs allowing an unforgettable experience.

There are 3 restaurants which offer both local and internationl cusine.

Rooms and bathrooms vary in size from medium to large and are in excellent condition. They have been planned with the purpose to assure high quality standards and extreme confort using high tecnology and tasteful modern design. Most of rooms have light colours to give a relaxing atmosphere.

Strategic location, since hotel can be easily reached by car from Venice Piazzale Roma and also by boat from Venice Island.
