The hotel and residence is an old style Venetian building in Venice on the Lido Island, in a lovely seaside position. It is located 15 minutes by boat from St. Mark's Square and from its terrace guests may enjoy an exceptional view over Venice and the lagoon while on the other side there is the wide sand beach and the open sea. This hotel has an ideal seaside location only minutes from the historical city center.

All rooms are simply decorated and furnished, they are equipped with shower/bath, direct telephone line and TV. Some rooms are situated along the perimeter of the garden offering more privacy and tranquillity. The rooms on the main building are spacious, bright and luminous. Many have got sea view.
