Located in a quiet street close to the boulevard with all its shops, bars and restaurants, A few minutes' walk from the pier and from the famous golden beaches of Lido. San Marco Square is only approximately 10 minutes away. There is a golf course close by.

Rooms vary in size from medium to large, and offer all the modern comforts. Both rooms and bathrooms are in fair condition. All rooms are non smoking rooms.

There is a large breakfast room illuminated by plenty of natural light. During the warmer months breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the gardens.

Villa Ada has its own lobby, but the lobby of the Biasutti hotel, which is located opposite Villa Ada, is to be considered the main one. It is large in size with various seating areas, pastel colours, and plenty of natural light.
