There is nor restaurant or breakfast room. Bars, Bakers and Patisseries are just nearby. There are anyway vending machines inside the residence.
rooms
The rooms present basic, modern furnishings, therefore the usual modern comfort such as TV or air conditioning are not available. They are anyway functional and in good condition, some with beautiful views of a typical canal. They all have en suite faciities.
location
This student residence is located in a quiet, residential area of Venice, far from all the noise and crowds. San Mark's Square is about 20 minutes of a pleasant and unique walk between the typical streets and canals of the less touristic Venice. Few minutes away there is the gondola ferry to the fascinating fish and vegetable Rialto market. The market is very close to the famous Rialto Bridge. In the area there are quite a few Wine Bars and Restaurants and the typical "Osterie", where you can have a selection of local wines and local tapas called "cicchetti".
