This beautiful Residence is located in a quiet district in the historical centre, only 10 minutes walk from San Mark's Square, overlooking a romantic canal, in the Arsenale area close to the San Giorgio degli Schiavoni school, housing the famous paintings of the Carpaccio. The closest boat stops are San Zaccaria or Arsenale, where the Naval Museum is located, and where, in the past, the ships used to dock.
