Ideal for those seeking basic accommodation and who wish to be situated in the heart of Venice. All the arrivals after 20:00 must be advised to the reception, contact details will be printed on confirmation voucher. Clients must check in before 23.00, any arrivals after this time will be redirected, only for key collection, to a nearby hotel, the name will be advised at the moment of notification of arrival time to the booked hotel. This is a small family business and despite the reception hours being only 8 am to 8 pm, the owner is always available on call. CQ 04/08
