This is a new hotel located along the longest street of Venice, the Strada Nova. Still in the centre of Venice, this is typically one of the most colourful and lively areas with many shops and markets, which show true Venetian life. (03/08 CQ)

The lobby is small and pleasant with marbled floor, wooden furniture, and plenty of natural light.
exterior
This is a typical Venetian style building overlooking a small canal and the Strada Nova, the largest street in Venice.
restaurant
The hotel has no restaurant. It does have a breakfast room and a bar. They are cosy and welcoming, decorated in pastel colours with marble floor and dark wooden furniture.
rooms
Rooms are medium in size and traditional in style with wooden furniture and polished wood parquet flooring. Bathrooms are small and in excellent condition, as are the rooms.
location
Located in Cannaregio, the hotel is just 10 minutes' walking distance from the train station and very close to the charming Casino of Venice. The closest boat stop is called S. Marcuola, from which it is 7 minutes traveling time to Rialto Bridge and 15 minutes to San Marco Square.
