general
This is a very pleasant establishment in a prime location, close to the main places of interest. At this hotel there are also economy rooms, slightly smaller than the standard rooms; classic rooms equipped with air conditioning, and superior rooms. 0309 LB
lobby
The lobby, reception and lounge areas are furnished in a traditional style. The area has rugs laid on a marble flooring.
exterior
The exterior of the building is not too dissimilar from most of the other architecture in Venice. The hotel is made up of two parts, one is a four storey red building, the other is a smaller yellow building. There is a garden patio area infront of the red block and the hotel sits on the banks of one of Venice's many canals.
restaurant
The restaurant is split into two sections; one section is the patio garden area, with a big blue awning which is pulled over the entire area when needed. The indoor section is spacious and decorated in white.
rooms
Rooms have an average size of 25/28 sqm. They are comfortable with street view or external view. Recently renovated. Individually decorated in classic Venetian design, traditional furnishings and Murano glass. In all accommodation Italian marble bathroom, handle shower and bathtub, hairdryer and closet, personalized courtesy line. Individually controlled air-conditioning, satellite TV, pay Tv with a selection of Pay Per View choices, minibar, international direct-dial telephone, internet connection (with surcharge) though the Television-Set, safety deposit box.

The hotel is situated within easy walking distance of the Piazza San Marco and also the Teatro Fenice.
