This is a 16th century building, painted white, with green shutters, overlooking a typical canal on the front, and opening to its own private garden on the back.

The modern rooms are decorated with bright colours and offers various type of views. Some overlook the garden, some face the canal and some boost a unique view of the Basilica. The rooms do not have en-suite bathroom but some might have a basin in the room, some a shower.
location
The hotel is located just few minutes from San Mark's Square, in the Salute district, a quiet area close to the famous Madonna della Salute Basilica, and the Peggy Guggenheim collection Museum. Water buses are located very close to the hotel, allowing to reach Saint Mark's Square in just a few minutes. The closest water bus stop is Salute.
