The modern rooms are decorated with bright colours and offers various type of views. Some overlook the garden, some face the canal and some boost a unique view of the Basilica.

The hotel is located just few minutes from San Mark's Square, in the Salute district, a quiet area close to the famous Madonna della Salute Basilica, and the Peggy Guggenheim collection Museum. Water buses are located very close to the hotel, allowing to reach Saint Mark's Square in just a few minutes. The closest water bus stop is Salute.
