This student residence is located in the Giudecca Island, only 10 min by boat to San Marks Square and about 30 min to the airport. This area of the Giudecca is quite unique with its modern buildings and pier. From the huge roof terrace you can enjoy stunning and unique views of the San Mark's Basin and of a big chank of the Lagoon. The closest boat stop is Palanca.
