The hotel is ideally located just 5 minutes from JR Tokyo Station where Bullet Train(Shinkansen) stops so quite convenient for both leisure and business travellers while stay in Tokyo. The hotel is dedicated to providing the highest quality service luxury to match each guest's style and individual needs, from room selection and convention support to meal settings.

The lobby of the hotel is large and is tiled with a natural color marble. There is a information desk available and provide information on attractions in the nearby area; where the best shopping and restaurants are, or locate a theatre or a museum. There are some personal computer with charged wired internet. PC rental service is available at the front desk.

There are 2 restaurants on the second floor. At the Katsura, a Japanese Sushi restaurant, dine on Sushi and Kaiseki, a dining experience which includes many individual dishes of Japanese cuisine. At the restaurant & bar, called the Wisteria, you can enjoy wine from nearly one hundred brand names, personally selected by a sommelier. On the ground floor, we have the Wiener Wald cafe serving coffee and confectionaries.
