It is a stylish urban type hotel, which guests can enjoy for business, events and leisure. It is located in an accessible area for Tokyo Disney Resorts and the Tokyo Big Sight, and the Ariake Colosseum.

The lobby is medium in size, and has a few seats.The floor is marbled appearance decor. Guests are able to have a seat at the reception as personal check-in style.
