It is a modern style hotel with friendly services. It is one of the good choices in Shinjuku area for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is ideally situated in the district for shopping, business, and entertainment. (1609 HU)

The lobby is very small but clean, and the floor is marbled appearance decor. There is a small lounge and a personal computer with charged wired internet access available.There are several steps walking up to the main lobby from the street in front of the hotel.

It is a modern beige 14-storey building.
restaurant
There is a bar & restaurant located on the first floor serving light meals for lunch, Western and Teppanyaki for dinner. The bar area keeps air of substance of 1950's. The daily buffet breakfast will be served at the banquet room on the second floor.
rooms
Standard rooms are medium in size and are carefully appointed with air-condition, mini bar, a hair-dryer and complimentary high speed internet access. Semi-double rooms are small with only one bed in 140cm width but provide same facilities with standard rooms. Double rooms are medium in size with only one bed in 160cm width with the same facilities as the standard rooms provide. Bathrooms are small and kept in good condition.
location
This hotel is located in the centre of business district Shinjuku with easy access to exciting entertainment, dining and shopping areas. It takes only 5 minutes walk from Exit A4, Tochomae metro station on Oedo Line, 8 minutes walk from JR Shinjuku station where Narita Express stops, which provides directly access from Narita Airport, and just minutes away from Tokyo Metropolitan Government. The Airport Limousine from Narita Airport stops at Shinjuku Washington Hotel which is next door to the hotel. (It is a few minutes walking.)
