Some tourism information in English are available at the lobby, which are collected by staff to respond to international tourism' needs. The lobby is small but clean and tiled in marble. There is some seating.

The hotel consists of two towers. The main building is nine storeys and the annex building is six storeys.

The hotel has a restaurant that opens through the day and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
rooms
All rooms are small in size with one 135cm wide bed, but clean, bright, and well furnished. The bathrooms are all in good condition. The corridors leading to the guest rooms are very bright, with some artwork and background music.
location
The hotel is located just 3 minutes from Shinjuku 3-chome subway station, and 10 minutes on foot from Shinjuku JR station. It is in a centre of business and a shopping area but the atmosphere is quite calm and peaceful.
