The hotel is a kind of serviced apartment style. It provides daily house keeping service and all utility charges are included. It also offers fitness gym facilities for all residents which can be used free of charge. The convenience stores, easting and drinking places are all nearby the hotel. It is a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers due to the reasonable quality standard and convenient location. (09/08 YT)

The lobby is very small with a reception desk, located on the ground floor. The sitting places and residents' lounge is located on 2nd floor.

It is a 13-storey modern building, grey in color and facing the Roppongi Dori.

The hotel has no restaurant but offers daily continental breakfast at small residents' lounge.

All rooms are medium in size with a double bed. The rooms are all beautifully-appointed with fully equipped kitchen, separate bedroom, home entertainment system, and broadband internet access at free of charge. The bathrooms are also clean and kept in good condition.
location
It is set in Minato-Ku, in the Central Business District of Tokyo; the hotel is located within 5 minutes walk from the nearest subway station "Roppongi" on Hibiya Metro Line and Oedo Line. Roppongi is known for its prominent entertainment area with an international variety of restaurants, nightclubs and entertainment lining along the streets. There are an abundance of business and leisure destinations located within walking distance of the residence hotel. From Narita International Airport, it takes approximately 60 minutes to Tokyo terminal station by JR Narita Express Train and then takes taxi to the hotel. It takes about 20 minutes. Alternatively, take Airport Limousine to ANA InterContinental Hotel in Roppongi and then it takes about only 5 minutes by taxi to the hotel.
