This is the largest hotel complex in Japan with the adjacent Main Tower, and North Tower. The complex offers comprehensive services and facilities which will suit any business or leisure guests, including a wide variety of entertainment such as a movie theatre, Live hall, swimming pool, bowling, indoor tennis, an aquarium, and indoor amusement park with a-merry-go-round and rides. This hotel can be recommended for leisure, business, and group travellers. Guests can receive some discount on some of the amenities. The hotel also owns one of the largest banquet facilities in Japan. (10/10 HT)
lobby
The lobby is located on the seventh floor. Guests can access the adjacent Main Tower or from the entrance of the shopping plaza on the ground floor of Annex Tower.
exterior
It is modern, 32-storey brown building in front of Shinagawa Station.
restaurant
There are plenty of restaurants at this hotel complex to suit any guest. An internet cafe is available at next of lobby check-in area and a food court offers a variety of casual dishes.
rooms
The Annex Tower has only double rooms with 160cm wide bed, and twin-bedded rooms are not available. All is medium-sized. Large windows give plenty of light. All rooms are equipped with in-room safe, flat TV and digital clock, high-speed Internet access, and CNN channel for English speaking guests. The closet is small. There is no mini-bar but drinks machine are available on each floor. The bathrooms are in good condition.
location
This hotel and entertainment complex is located just in front of the major JR Shinagawa Station where the bullet train (Tokaido Shinkansen) from Nagoya, Kyoto, or Osaka stops. Guests can recognize this high-rise hotel building with the name on the top from the station. The airport shuttle bus from /to Narita International Airport stops at the Main tower hotel everyday.
