exteriorThe building is large, white, and modern. From the front, you do not realise how big the whole complex is. Between the 4 buildings that make up the hotel complex there are 3000 rooms, and a long-term residence is right next door.
restaurant There is plenty of choose from with something to suit everyone in the complex,including for example the restaurant Hapna which serves buffet menus, and the lounge Top of Shinagawa on the 39th floor with beautiful illuminations of the city. There is no room service at this hotel, but the cafe restaurant "24" is available 24 hours a day.
roomsAll rooms are single room for single occupancy at this hotel. It is small and equipped with internet access, tea set and television. Bathroom is small but in good condition.
