Independent Report

general
It is a superior tourist, 3-star hotel in suburb with a good standard of amenities. The hotel is totally coordinated with a dark pink color tone implying the name of the hotel; a combination of two words "cherry" & "Maple" in Japanese. It is one of the good choices for both business and leisure travelers due to its convenient location. No restaurant is available in the hotel but there are so many restaurants and entertaining spots (especially casual Chinese) around the hotel. (09/10 KS)
lobby
The lobby is small in size with bright modern feeling. There are some sitting places.
exterior
It is a modern 13th storied building, decorated by brick in dark gray & beige. On the exterior the hotel name signboard is in Japanese only with a stylized mark of Cherry blossom flower.
restaurant
There is no restaurant in the hotel but daily breakfast is served in the morning at the breakfast lounge. The bar is also available in the evening on the second floor.
rooms
All rooms are medium in size with one bed in 160cm width. They are all simple and modern decor and are equipped with a refrigerator, LCD television and complimentary LAN internet access etc. The bathroom is medium in size and kept clean and in good condition.
location
The hotel is located in Kamata district, south end of Tokyo. It takes only 5 minutes walk from West exit of Keikyu Kamata station on Keihin-kyuko Line. Keikyu Kamata is a hub train station for Haneda Airport from both Tokyo city centre and Yokohama area. From Keikyu Kamata station, it takes approximately 6 minutes (just 1 stop by Limited Express Train) to JR Shinagawa station, where the bullet train (Tokaido Shinkasen) stops, and takes approximately 10 minutes (by Limited Express Train) to Yokohama. From Narita Airport, take either one of NEX (Narita Express Train) or Airport Limousine (paid shuttle bus) to get to Shinagawa, and then change Keihin-kyuko line to get to Keikyu Kamata station.
