The hotel is one of the Tokyo Disney Resort Good Neighbour Hotels, which provides free shuttle bus services to and from Tokyo Disney Resorts. A popular hotel in the Tokyo area with locals and foreign guests alike for its location and service. The atmosphere of the lobby is international with plenty of staff on hand to help guests. The lobby of the hotel is large and is located on the 3rd floor. Tiled with a natural color marble, it gives a sense of airy brightness and there is a seasonal large flower arrangements. The reception area is bright and has a large chandelier with seating space at one end and the reception and a few shops at the other.
exterior
This is a 30-storey modern cream building in a broad V shaped design. The name of the hotel can be seen easily at the top of the building and is lit up at night.
restaurant
The hotel's 8 restaurants and bars offer a variety of tastes and moods, from French to Chinese to Japanese and much more. Guests can enjoy 2 restaurants on the 30th floor sky-high floor with views of the city by day or illuminations by night. Other restaurants offer views of the japanese gardens with pond and waterfall as the guests enjoy their meal.

The rooms are large and airy, with light wooden furniture with modern light fittings and mirrored wardrobes, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Most rooms have city views.
location
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the Shinagawa area and stands back opposite from the JR Shinagawa station. It is about a 1 minutes walk from JR Shinagawa Station and is easily found. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around this area.There is also an airport shuttle bus service to and from the hotel to Narita International airport.
