The hotel is situated in Nishi Shinjuku, one of the busiest commercial districts in Tokyo. It is a 10-minuites walk away from JR Shinjuku Station, and 3-minuites from the nearest subway station. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to and from the JR Shinjuku Station and it takes only about 5-minuites bus ride. The Airport limousine bus provides transfers between the hotel and Narita and Haneda airports. An underground passage way connects the hotel to 2 subway stations for easy access.

All Hilton rooms are around 30 square meters in size and decorated in cool, calm tones with original artwork. They are equipped with modern facilities such as air conditioning, hair dryer, High speed internet access, mini bar and refrigerator. The bathrooms are very specious and all in good condition.

There are seven restaurants and bars that will be able to meet anyone's taste. "Dynasty Chinese Restaurant" and "Brasserie Checkers" are also popular.
