locationTakayama lies in the Hida district in the mountains of the Japan Alps and a must priority on any visit to Central Honshu. Takayama has managed to retain its traditional charm with old-fashioned inns, shops and sake breweries. A small place and easily navigated by bicycle or on foot. The hotel is located in the centre of the city with convenient access to sightseeing spots such as Hida Folk Village, the main World Shrine and Fukui. An 8 minutes walk from JR Takayama station.
