Access is gained to the hotel through the main lobby of the GTK. At the back of the lobby and through a corridor, clients enter the Rizalit. Here the lobby is a small seating area remisniscent of a sitting room at home.

The hotel is a modern low-rise construction built of wood, brick and glass. It is part of the GTA Tourist Complex.
restaurant
The restaurant is in the main part of the hotel. It is a large room with wooden panelling all around. It is in the style of a gigantic chalet.
rooms
The rooms are of a good quality but still quite basic. The decor has a modern feel.
location
This hotel is located close to the centre of the historic city of Suzdal.
