The hotel offers a wide range of services and facilities to cater to all needs and desires. From the business centre, with fully-equipped meeting and conference facilities to health and clients can enjoy the recreational facilities such as free-form outdoor swimming pool, 3 tennis courts and spa. (03/09 CB). ========================================================== Currently, hotel's power is down and it has been restored in main public areas only. Committed functions will continue for all function space including Ballroom and the Shang Palace. Decision has been made that until the permanent electricity panel have been replaced, thoroughly tested and power restored, hotel will not be able to house any guest in the rooms. Estimated timing of this will take approximately 1-2 months and hotel will advise at a neaerer date the exact timing of opening (CB Oct/2011).

The Shangri-La hotel is situated in the prestigious residential of Darmo close to numerous international golf courses. Close to the toll way which gives easy access to the central business and down town shopping areas and connects to all the major industrial and commercial districts. Only around thirty minutes drive to the international airport.
