The hotel offers a good location and luxurious stay. Directions by road: Leave the M40 at J15, taking the A46 and the A439 towards Stratford. Join the one-way system and keeping left towards Banbury and Oxford you'll find The Alveston Manor just over the bridge at the junction of the A422 and the A3400.06/Rail: Stratford-upon-Avon 1 mile. Medium in size and traditional in style. There is a lot of dark wood panelling in the hotel.
exterior
Dating from 1458, which was once a Manor House, the hotel has 7 acres of land on which the original version of 'a midsummer nights dream' was believed to be performed on. During the summer barbecues are given out here for guests.
restaurant
The restaurant is elegant in style and is traditional. There is a variety of cuisine on offer.
rooms
The hotel rooms are traditional in style and offer full facilities. All bedrooms are in excellent condition as are ensuite bathrooms.
location
The hotel is set in it's own beautiful grounds and is located only five minutes walk from the city centre.
