Pleasant hotel, ideal location, relaxing atmosphere. Ideal for short breaks.
lobby
The hotel was once a private house and the feeling it gives is a truly Umbrian house. The lobby is a pleasant area with wooden reception desk, beautiful floors and pieces of antiques. A sofa is placed opposite the reception. The area is bright and looks very relaxing.
exterior
Two storey Umbrian house, in pastel decor. The entrance faces a small pretty square, there are some parking places in the square.
restaurant
The restuarant is on the basement floor, with independent access for the public. In keeping with the hotel, the restaurant has an intimate, relaxed atmosphere. The cuisine served is mostly regional and serving typical dishes of the area.
rooms
Rooms are all different and personalised in every detail. They are all comfortable, of medium size and furnished in a modern style. Some bedrooms have iron framed beds, coordinated textiles and some original pieces of furniture. Overall, they are very pleasant and in good condition.
location
The hotel is located right in the city centre of the beautiful medieval Spoleto, at walking distance from its beautiful Basilica and the main touristic attractions. Spoleto is 130km from Rome and 220km from Florence, Perugia is at a distance 60km and Assisi at 45km.
