The hotel with a home-like atmosphere situated in the San Roque area, perched on the silken sands along the Achugao Beach. It is a 25-minute drive from Saipan International Airport and just a few steps away from La Fiesta San Roque Shopping Plaza, the place where merchandise from world-wide boutiques to local miscellaneous goods gathered.

Before the crystalline colored ocean, guests resort hours drift slowly along the gentle sea breeze under the gazing sunlight and the clearest blue sky. All of these can be experienced from the private balconies. Rooms are very large in size with wall-to-wall windows and airy high ceilings. The amenities include, air conditioning, ceiling fan, mini bar, and safety box. The living room at the Maisonette Suite Room is more than big.
