The hotel is located in the north part of the island, on the huge property overlooking the Saipan lagoon. It is a thirty-minute drive away from International Airport. It is less than one mile north of La Fiesta Shopping Centre in Marpi.

Guest rooms are the finest rooms of any Saipan hotel. Large and spacious rooms, beautiful hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, a broad balcony with expansive view onto the Saipan Lagoon, the ocean reef, Managaha Island, and the Philippine Sea. Unmatched views at sunrise and sunset. The bathrooms are also in exceptional condition with a separate shower booth. All rooms are Reefside Executive Twin.

The hotel offers a wide variety of dining options to suite any appetite.

The resort consists of Reefside building and holiday cottages. The Reefside is a modern white building.

The lobby is middle in size with a marble tiled floor and located in the Middle House. The guests are escorted to the Reefside building after check-in.

The hotel offers a full spa range at Mandi Asian Spa, one of the largest spa facilities among the Micronesian islands. Other facilities include a professional-class 1025-meter kart racing circuit, horse back riding, and golf courses.
