The hotel is located in the west beach in the southern part of Saipan and a just 10 minutes drive from the airport. It is also 10 km away from the biggest shopping complex on the island.

The rooms are very large in size with a private balcony. They are equipped with modern facilities. The rooms, as well as bathrooms, are in good condition.

There are three restaurants on the property as well as a karaoke bar.

The hotel consists of two buildings; Main Building and Emerald Tower. They are interconnected on the ground level
