The hotel is located in the heart of tourist centre of Garapan on the white sands of Micro Beach, within the walking distance to DFS Galleria, one of the major shopping mall in Saipan. It is a twenty-minutes drive away from the airport.

All rooms are large in size with a private balcony and have ocean views. The rooms have modern comforts such as air conditioning, cable TV with in-house movie, VHS, and refrigerator. The rooms, as well as bathrooms, are in good condition.

There are three restaurants including BBQ dinner with show, and a bar on-site.

The hotel consists of twin eight-stories buildings on more than thirty thousand square meters of ocean front property overlooking a lagoon and magnificent sunset view.
