The hotel is nestles along Achugao Beach, reputed to be the most beautiful beach in Saipan, and is a thirty-minutes drive away from Saipan International Airport.

The suite rooms are open plan and very large in size with a sitting area, mini-bar and counter, large en-suite bathroom, and a separate toilet. There is a furnished private balcony with Jacuzzi so you can appreciate the beautiful ocean front view while soaking. The bathroom has separate bath and shower booth. Both the rooms and bathrooms are in very good condition.

Three restaurants including a poolside BBQ restaurant, a lounge bar, and a poolside bar.

The hotel complex consists of 2 storey deluxe cottage style properties that have two sets of private rooms on each floor. The cottages are set in and around the lush tropical gardens.
