The hotel is nestles along Achugao Beach, reputed to be the most beautiful beach in Saipan, and is a thirty-minutes drive away from Saipan International Airport.

The rooms with ocean front view are very large in size and have tropical ambience. They are deluxe rooms and have a private balcony with garden furniture. The Internet connection is available. The rooms as well as the bathrooms are in very good condition.

Three restaurants including a poolside BBQ restaurant, a lounge bar, and a poolside bar.
exterior
The hotel complex consists of 2-storey deluxe cottage style properties that have two sets of private rooms on each floor. The cottages are set in and around the lush tropical gardens.

The open plan lobby is small in size, overlooking the swimming pool area.
