The hotel is stone's throw away from "Tanuki-koji", a live shopping arcade having history over a century, and Nijo market known for the fresh local foods. From Airport, JR Airport Liner brings travelers to JR Sapporo Station in 35 minutes. It takes about six minutes by taxi to the hotel from the main terminal station. The hotel is also just one block to "Susukino", the city's biggest entertainment and business district. It is short walking distance from Exit 3 of Susukino Subway Station on Nanboku Line.

The medium sized modern rooms are comfortable and well equipped with variety of facilities, including complimentary high speed internet access. The bathroom is also medium in size, kept clean and in good condition.
